How does pricing work?

What is a billable call?

A call is billable when the agent answers and the caller stays at least 10 seconds after the greeting or the agent takes a tool action. Spam, short hangups, degraded calls, and onboarding test calls are not billed.

What if I go over my included calls?

Overage is per answered call, with a default monthly cap that the owner can adjust. Custom and enterprise volumes can use the talk-to-us path.
